Whisk yogurt with a fork till smooth. Chop mint leaves finely.

Blend all the ingredients in a mixer. Strain and serve chilled.

Method
Cut the watermelon into big pieces. Remove seeds and extract the juice. Add lemon juice to the watermelon juice. Add sugar to taste. Mix well and chill. At the time of serving add the cardamom powder and mix well. Serve chilled.

Cucumber 1 small Low fat yogurt 1 ½ cups Rock Salt or Sea Salt ½ tsp Water 2 cups – chilled Roasted cumin seeds powder ½ tsp Salt, ½ tsp 6-8 ice cubes
Method:
Wash. Peel and grate the cucumber. Blend the grated cucumber and yogurt together in a mixer for a few seconds. Add all the other ingredients and blend till frothy. Serve in tall glasses, sprinkled with a pinch of roasted cumin seeds powder and garnished with a wafer thin slice of unpeeled cucumber and a sprig of mint.

Method:
In a mixer blend together carrots and water till smooth puree. Add coriander leaves, lemon juice and salt to taste. Serve over ice cubes.
